Our love for cheesecake runs deep in our family. Jack Feist was inspired by his father’s memories of growing up in Long Island and his own childhood nostalgia. In 2020, he began experimenting in his kitchen, determined to recreate the iconic flavors of a beloved New York cheesecake company from his past. Adding to the challenge, one of Jack’s daughters was diagnosed with Celiac disease, so he made it his mission to craft a cheesecake she could safely enjoy. After countless batches and adjustments, Jack perfected a gluten-free cheesecake that captured the essence of his childhood memories while being Celiac-safe and, most importantly, delicious.

What began as a personal project blossomed into a passion for creating desserts that everyone can enjoy. In the same year, we ventured into the local food scene, selling cheesecakes to individual customers and eventually partnering with local restaurants. Our business grew quickly, leading to the creation of XO Desserts, where we expanded our menu to include a delightful array of sweets—all made with the finest ingredients. Our talented head baker, Katelyn, brings her creativity and passion to every dessert, ensuring each bite is filled with joy and flavor.
